What platforms and file types do you support?

Upload a ZIP of .html/.htm files, or paste a URL and we crawl it. We support static sites, WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Webflow exports, and any server-rendered site. React/Vue SPAs work best via file upload since we need rendered HTML.

Is the generated code safe to deploy?

We always recommend a quick review, especially for schema markup. Every scan produces a confidence score per page and flags anything low-confidence for manual review. The included Peak Report is your deployment checklist.

What happens to my files after processing?

Accepted Answer

The HTML we read is processed in memory and never stored. Your output ZIP stays downloadable for 7 days, and deleting a scan removes its files immediately. We never use your content to train AI models.

Can I automate this with the API?

Yes — Agency plan includes REST API access. POST a site URL, poll for status, download the output ZIP. Works with any language. Full docs in your dashboard after sign-up.

Do you support non-English sites?

Meta tags, schema, and OG tags are generated in your page's language — we detect it automatically. hreflang generation for multi-language sites is on the roadmap.

Can I scan the same site multiple times?

Yes, as many times as you like within your plan's page limit. Re-scans are useful after redesigns, content updates, or when new pages are added.

How long does a scan take?

Most sites finish in 1–3 minutes. Larger sites near your plan's page limit can take a little longer. You can leave the tab open and we'll email you when it's ready.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Peak Visibility runs entirely in your browser. Paste a URL or upload a ZIP of your HTML — there's no plugin, extension, or CLI to install.

What exactly do I get back?

A downloadable ZIP containing sitemap.xml, robots.txt, meta tags, JSON-LD schema markup, Open Graph + Twitter Card tags, image alt-text suggestions, and a Peak Report with a confidence score for every page.

How do I deploy the files?

Drop sitemap.xml and robots.txt into your site root, and paste the per-page  blocks from meta-tags.html and schema-markup.html into the matching pages. The Peak Report doubles as a step-by-step checklist.

Pick the Starter plan and your first 7 days are free — full access to 50 pages per scan and 500 pages/month. A card is required up front but isn't charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Available once per customer, on your first-ever subscription. Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade and the prorated difference is charged immediately; downgrade and your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the lower tier begins automatically. Manage it all from your billing page, or compare tiers on the pricing page.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan (5 pages per scan). You're never charged again after cancelling and nothing is deleted.

Yes — new subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first charge, no questions asked. Outside that window, you can cancel any time and keep full access through the end of the current billing period; you're never charged again after cancelling.

Yes — 5 pages per scan, no credit card, no expiry. It's meant for trying the full output on a real site before committing to a paid tier.

Where do I find my invoices?

Which site builders work best?

Static sites, WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow exports all work well. Anything server-rendered is ideal. React/Vue single-page apps work best via ZIP upload since we need the rendered HTML.

My site is a React/Vue SPA — will it work?

Accepted Answer

Paste a URL and we'll crawl what's server-rendered, but SPAs often render content client-side. For best results, export or save the rendered HTML and upload it as a ZIP.

How many pages can a scan cover?

Accepted Answer

Free covers 5 pages, Starter 50, Pro 200, and Agency 500 pages per scan. You can re-scan as often as you like within your plan.

My scan failed with a firewall/bot-protection error — what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Your site's security provider (Cloudflare, Sucuri, Akamai, etc.) is blocking automated requests, including ours. If it's your own site, visit www.peakvisibility.io/allowlist for exact allowlisting steps per provider — or just upload a ZIP export instead, which bypasses the block entirely.

Do you train AI models on my content?

No. Your content is used only to generate your SEO files for that scan. It is never used to train models.

How is my payment information handled?

Accepted Answer

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last four digits and card brand, shown on your billing page for reference.

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request full account and data deletion anytime from Account settings or by emailing support@peakvisibility.io. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
