Peak Visibility provides automated SEO analysis and file generation tools. Output files are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all output before deploying it to a live website.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze, to attempt to circumvent usage limits, or to reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. First-time subscribers may request a full refund of their initial charge within 14 days by contacting support; charges outside that window and on renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the property of Peak Visibility. SEO output files generated for your website are yours to use freely.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific search ranking improvements or outcomes from using generated SEO files.
8. Limitation of Liability
Peak Visibility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
